Hi, I’m Trace – therapist of 20 years, business coach for therapists in private practice, and your biggest cheerleader when it comes to building a business that actually feels good to run.
I know what it’s like to feel brilliant in the treatment room… and totally unsure outside of it. Marketing, pricing, visibility, systems – we weren’t taught any of this. I had to learn it the hard way, and now I help other therapists shortcut that process with strategy, support, and zero fluff.
